A minimum of three years custodial management experience with managing and related services in building(s) of similar size and complexity is required in order to be considered for this position. Please review additional requirements below.

The Custodial Assistant Supervisor will be responsible for performing the following job duties.

Responsible for ensuring a high level of quality and efficiency for all tasks outlined in the Custodial and/or Landscape contracts, and for working within the assigned budget.

Maintains a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that gets along with customers, clients, program participants, co-workers and supervisors.

Trains, develops, and supervises all crew leaders, and employees at contract site to ensure efficient and timely work completion.

Makes regular quality control inspections as outlined in the Operations Manual and is responsible for ensuring all quality parameters are constantly met.

Responsible for assisting with cleaning duties of custodians that call off or are in need of assistance completing assignments.

Responsible for prompt response to customer ticket submissions and needs

Complete cleaning tasks as needed to make sure customer expectations are met

May need to work occasionally on a weekend for special projects

Qualifications

Minimum of three years custodial management experience with managing and related services in building(s) of similar size and complexity

Previous custodial/floor care experience required.

Must pass background check as required by the site.

Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must present a professional image and is a positive role model.

Has demonstrated ability to maintain positive customer relations.

This work will enable the Vice President for Campus Planning and Facilities Management and leadership across the campus including the President, Provost, Deans, facilities directors, and financial directors to assess facilities and space information systematically and efficiently. The assistant director will use extensive knowledge of Case Western Reserve University enterprise software systems to lead the development of automated processes for administrative functions of campus planning and facilities management to increase efficiency and accuracy. The assistant director will research and develop requirements for enhancements to existing database systems and data analytics software applications/visualizations, including improvements to data pipelines, data management, and data governance, to improve business efficiency and decision-making. The assistant director will also serve as the system administrator for the university-wide space management system (FM Systems), maintain space information, and provide ongoing support to campus users of the space management system through training, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the system.   • Description Position Summary Under direction of the Market Manager, Care Transitions and Rehab, the Supervisor of Care Transition will manage day to day operations of their site and/or area. The Supervisor will act in two capacities; the liaison between site and/or area leadership and the Care Transitions team and the content expert for all team clinical operations at their site (including TCC, PCN and SW).Supervisors will drive site specific metrics tied to Care Transitions including but not limited to NSOC, observation hours, length of stay, patient throughput, patient flow, readmission prevention efforts, follow up appointment obtainment and tracking as well as daily escalation of barriers.
