Enable curated data foundations through Master Data Management, Data Quality & Lineage, Catalogue, Governance, Data Mesh & Data Virtualization with these technologies: Informatica, Collibra, Stibo, Riversand, Ab Initio, and others.As a Senior Consultant in our AI & Data Team, you will bring strong technical, functional and project management solutions to clients with a focus on achieving a high level of performance and quality through delivery of both agile and traditional projects to provide exceptional business value to users.Working within an engagement team, your responsibilities include, among others:

Managing day-to-day interactions with executive clients, stakeholders, and sponsors

Managing and delivering components of client engagements focused on identifying, designing, and implementing both technology and creative business solutions for large companies

Managing small teams to identify business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures. Your background in technology will provide the foundation to manage these streams but also understand the technology

Creation and development of project scope and schedule. Plan and assign resources to associated tasks and deliverables

Monitoring progress of the project, identify, and quantify variances, perform required corrective actions

Managing changes to project scope, project schedule, and project costs to keep the project plan accurate, updated, as defined in the change management plan

Identifying high-level risks, assumptions, and constraints. Implement approved actions and workarounds to minimize the impact of risks on the project

Developing and maintaining communication with key project stakeholders and decision makers

Qualifications

Required:

3+ years of relevant data management consulting or industry experience (master data, data governance, metadata, data architecture, data strategy, data quality, data modeling, data standards )

2+ years project e xperience with at least two of the following:

Informatica MDM multi-domain edition,

Informatica 360 solutions (Customer, Product, Supplier, Reference),

Informatica Axon,

Informatica Data Catalog/Enterprise Data Catalog,

Informatica Data Quality,

1+ years experience leading workstreams within complex technology engagements with resources in multiple locations

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience

Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:

Experience with Azure, GCP and/or AWS tools and services

Experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC)

Understanding of emerging technologies (such as GenAI) and advanced data architectures (ie: Multimodal data management & model design, Data Mesh, Data Fabric, Data Products, etc.)

Experience with Collibra and Alation

Ability to understand and communicate client strategic business drivers and operational process requirements AND link specific business requirements to Data Management capabilities.

Ability to recommend Data Management process, governance, organizational and platform models, tool selections and application integration options to clients.

An advanced degree in the area of specialization

The assistant director will use extensive knowledge of Case Western Reserve University enterprise software systems to lead the development of automated processes for administrative functions of campus planning and facilities management to increase efficiency and accuracy. The assistant director will research and develop requirements for enhancements to existing database systems and data analytics software applications/visualizations, including improvements to data pipelines, data management, and data governance, to improve business efficiency and decision-making. The assistant director will also serve as the system administrator for the university-wide space management system (FM Systems), maintain space information, and provide ongoing support to campus users of the space management system through training, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the system.
