Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in the manufacturing industry, located in Cleveland, Ohio. The Desktop Support Analyst will be at the forefront of technical support, dealing with a range of issues and queries relating to hardware, software, and peripherals. The role involves a high level of interaction with end users and requires excellent problem-solving abilities.Responsibilities: Provide high-quality customer service through in-person interactions, phone calls, and emails Efficiently respond to and resolve service tickets, documenting all actions taken Carry out root cause analysis to diagnose complex issues and implement corrective measures Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot a variety of IT-based hardware, software, and systems, including Desktops, Laptops, Phones, Printers, Scanners, and Accessories Create and provide training materials and documentation for IT systems Address technology support inquiries from office and manufacturing staff Administer user onboarding and offboarding procedures Maintain an up-to-date and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources Collaborate with and maintain communication with the IT Project Manager. Requirements Proficiency in Android Development with a focus on troubleshooting and system optimization. Solid understanding and practical experience with Cisco Technologies. Familiarity with Citrix Technologies, including the ability to manage and maintain systems. Must be adept at Computer Hardware, including diagnosing and resolving hardware issues. Experience with Dell Technologies, including the ability to implement, troubleshoot, and optimize systems. Proficiency in Active Directory with the ability to manage user accounts and access controls. Must be able to support Apple Devices, including troubleshooting and resolving device issues. Experience with Backup Technologies, including the ability to ensure data integrity and recoverability. Familiarity with Configuration Management, including the ability to manage and maintain system configurations.
