E-Commerce Specialist

Description We are in search of an E-Commerce Specialist to join our team located in Cleveland, Ohio. This role is centered around enhancing our e-commerce operations, particularly focusing on backend Shopify configurations and integrating with our Salsify PXM platform. The individual will be a key player in managing and developing e-commerce strategies, ensuring optimal performance of our online presence. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage our Shopify platform, optimizing for efficiency and user experience Handle integration of our e-commerce operations with the Salsify PXM platform Utilize backend development skills to enhance website functionality and improve user experience Manage content across our e-commerce platform, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date Utilize CRM systems to manage customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and business growth Manage all aspects of our e-commerce application, ensuring smooth operations and troubleshooting any issues Oversee product management within the e-commerce platform, including inventory management and product listings Continually assess and improve e-commerce management processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Requirements Proficiency in Backend Development, including understanding of algorithms, data structures, and systems architecture Familiarity with Content Management System (CMS) for managing digital content Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage interactions with potential and current customers Proficient in using Shopify for creating online stores and retail point-of-sale systems Understanding of e-Commerce Applications and their usage in online business Ability to develop and implement e-commerce strategy to drive online sales Experience in e-commerce management, including overseeing online sales operations and strategizing for increased digital sales Strong skills in Product Management, including planning, forecasting, production, and marketing of a product or products at all stages of the product lifecycle.
