FACULTY POSITION- GASTROINTESTINAL AND LIVER PATHOLOGYThe Department of Pathology of the Cleveland Clinic is seeking a full-time Gastrointestinal and Liver Pathologist to join our subspecialized practice. The section of GI and Liver Pathology receives approximately 80,000 cases that include mucosal biopsies, surgical resections, medical liver biopsies, small bowel and liver transplants, extramural consults as well as molecular GI pathology specimens. Our section is also home to a Gastrointestinal, Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Pathology Fellowship Program. As we continue to expand our volume and outreach program, we are seeking GI/Liver fellowship-trained candidates with strong diagnostic skills and scholarly accomplishments in the field, with a desire to actively participate on a busy clinical service, engage in resident and medical school teaching, participate in weekly multidisciplinary conferences, and contribute to clinical or translational research. Effective interpersonal and communication skills, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellent patient care are required.
