job summary:
The Customer Data profiling team has an exciting opportunity for a contract programmer assignment that will support operational ownership of the Customer profiling application. This application is a Source-of-Record profile of all customer and contract relationships, implemented on the IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management (MDM) product. The Master Data Management application includes the Probabilistic Matching Engine. We are currently on MDM 11.6.12.

responsibilities:
- Developing Linux, Java and Oracle solutions on the Master Data Management (MDM) product supplied by IBM
- Supporting the MDM production implementation to assure system health
- Resolving any technical incidents and issues with the MDM product in production and test environments
- Designing and coding technical solutions for business enhancements to our implementation of MDM database
- Identifying and consulting on product improvements of our MDM implementation, including environmental design; product configuration; Matching Engine tuning and development practices
- Teaching and consulting on MDM for the profiling application developers with the goal of maturing the team's in-house support capabilities.
