Job Title : Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant
Location : Cleveland, Ohio
Client : TCS
Technical/Functional Skills
- Work directly with Business/Customers, advising on solutions for Oracle HRMS R12 environment and resolving complex and mission-critical requirements
- Experience working with Acquisition and Divestiture HCM projects is add-on
- Should have in depth knowledge of Oracle core HR, SSHR and Oracle Payroll modules.
- In-depth and detailed knowledge of user/functional environment, and Oracle HCM system
- Worked on Oracle HCM CEMLI/RICEW components in at least 2 projects either support or implementation.
- Understand the ITMS Process and Separation/Divestiture HCM Project model.
- Manage critical, high priority business/customer requirements
- Serve as Situation Manager on highly sensitive issues
- The ability to plan and organize numerous tasks in parallel and deliver within agreed time scales
- To give guidance through various forms to the user community on the best use of existing business processes and suggest new functionalities
- Ability to design and develop Oracle BI Publisher reports and develop & maintain custom interfaces/integrations
- Implement standard HR policies and processes into Oracle HCM modules
- Design solutions and provide options to best meet business requirements
- Prepare Oracle HRMs environment for Divestiture, able to handle integration testing with internal and third party systems
- Provide expert advice and guidance to the functional users
- Act as a liaison between IT and functional areas for technical requirements, acts as a Business Analyst at times
- Training material preparation and maintenance
- Maintain and update end-user & procedure system documentation where applicable
Creation/review of Knowledge Articles and maintain knowledge repository
- Very good communication skills and ability to convey the right information to the right individuals
