Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position that is fully remote.Patent Paralegal Responsibilities: Utilize Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS), CompuLaw, and other case management software to handle legal matters. Carry out the filing of Assignment Recordations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Responsible for accessing and navigating the USPTO website for relevant case information. Handle the preparation of formal documents and application data sheets, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Use DocuSign for electronic signing and manage the uploading of documents. Prepare Information Disclosure Statements as required, ensuring they adhere to legal standards. Manage various docket systems such as CPi, Anaqua, Foundation IP, etc., to keep track of case timelines. Engage in billing functions and calendar management, ensuring the smooth operation of legal procedures. Handle claim administration and briefing duties, providing comprehensive legal support.
