Description Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper (10 hours per week / Tuesday and Thursday) to manage a variety of accounting and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and experienced with QuickBooks.Key Responsibilities:
Manage email and mail communication.
Collaborate on bill approvals and interact with vendors and customers.
Enter deposits, invoices, and bills into QuickBooks.
Handle payroll entries, taxes, and employee benefits administration.
Reconcile bank accounts and maintain financial records.
Assist with compliance tasks and generate end-of-month, quarterly, and annual reports.
Provide notary services and support internal projects as needed.

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous bookkeeping experience preferred.
Notary certification is a plus.
