Collaborate directly with business stakeholders, portfolio managers and product managers to understand the market forces, desired economic outcomes, and broader solution vision influencing product strategy to ensure that solutions deliver tangible business value

Work frequently with delivery, portfolio managers and architects to guide projects toward successful delivery; maintain constant synergy between product strategy and implementation

Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions to enhance audit efficiency, improve engagement and client insights, and power enhanced risk assessment

Navigate the firm tool development process, maintaining alignment with the system of quality controls throughout the drafting and refinement of business requirements; coordination with development teams and user acceptance and product integrity testing

Design and lead proof of concept projects and execute product strategy aligned with the product roadmap; work with development teams to groom user stories based on business requirements and define acceptance criteria for each sprint

Remain aware of marketplace dynamics, best practices and capabilities to drive a flexible and robust multi-year roadmap

Qualifications:

Minimum five years of recent experience with minimum two years of recent experience in technology product management roles; preferred prior experience delivering audit engagements in a client-facing capacity

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, marketing, statistics, market research, finance, or other related field is preferred; CPA qualification is preferred

Experience designing and developing products and services for the professional services or financial services industry

Demonstrated knowledge and prior experience with the audit cycle and insights expected by audit engagement teams and client management teams

Proficiency working with Jira or other SDLC tools; strong quantitative and analytical writing and communication skills coupled with strong critical thinking skills with ability to execute on the details

Capacity to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders; possess self-confidence to work collaboratively and independently in a culture-rich and fast-change environment with exceptional leadership, project management, client service and relationship building skills (200TEC)
