Chats Cloud Cover is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to assist in the planning, execution, and completion of multiple client and internal projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate project activities, resources, and informationAssist in developing project plans and schedulesMonitor project progress and handle any issues that ariseAct as the point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholdersPrepare and maintain project documentation and reportsTrack deliverables and ensure deadlines are metOrganize and attend project meetings, recording minutes and follow-upsSupport project managers in managing budget, risks, and timelines
