What you’ll be doing As a Verizon Retail Sales Representative, or what we like to call a Solution Specialist, you'll help our customers understand and love the products we sell. Utilizing your unique talents, passion for technology, and excellent customer service skills, you'll be part of a retail store team committed to creating the ultimate in-store experience, turning our customers into loyal Verizon fans.
Actively listening to customers to provide them solutions that simplify and organize their lives.

High school diploma or GED.
One or more years of work experience.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Even better if you have:
Associate’s degree.
Customer service and/or sales experience.
Commission-based sales experience is also a plus.
