Collaborate with existing delivery team(s) to complete all project deliverables
Consult clients and consulting teams on most relevant tools/techniques to solve client issues and exceed client requirements
Develop solutions to client problems via use of methodologies and software application tools, as well as being a subject matter expert on those solutions
Translate technical software solutions to non-technical clients, and accountability
Utilizing SFDC experience working in APEX class / coding, Custom coding, Process Builder, Communities, Triggers, Visualforce, Workflows, CSS, HTML, Templates and Web Services - RESTAPI and HTTP and Manage package experience
Ability to lead and mentor teams to provide technical deliverables in accordance with SDLC methodologies such as Agile Waterfall
Qualifications Required:
Must live in and work in Columbus, OH
8+ years of software development experience and Salesforce application development experience on the Force.com platform, Experience Cloud (Community Portal) experience.
Strong communication skills to translate technical software solutions to non-technical clients and accountability
Preferred:
Certified Salesforce professional
Prior Consulting or relevant industry experience
Integration and data migration experience is beneficial.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $115,000-$165,000.
