 Provide strategic leadership to cross-functional teams in the development, launch, and commercialization of new products, as well as the ongoing management of existing offeringsManage the full product lifecycle, from initial concept through market launch to eventual phase-outDefine and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for assigned product linesLead New Product Introduction (NPI) and Total Cost Out (TCO) initiatives to strengthen product line competitiveness and drive profitabilityContinuously assess consumer, customer, and competitive insights to identify market needs and opportunitiesUtilize data-driven insights to segment the market, shape product strategy, and define differentiated customer value propositionsCollaborate closely with the marketing function to develop, maintain, and optimize sales enablement materials and toolsContribute to product line performance reviews in collaboration with key internal stakeholdersOwn and drive key financial metrics, including revenue, margin, and cost targets, to ensure sustained business growthProactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, product quality, and project outcomes
