Jimmy Johns is currently hiring shift managers and assistant managers in the Cleveland market. We are looking for someone to be a part of one of the fastest growing restaurants in the nation. We offer competitive pay with bonus incentives
Job Duties:
-Hire, train, and coach 4-20 employees
-Control costs such as food and labor
-Set monthly, yearly, and weekly goals
-Lead by example
-Execute catering orders and provide freaky fast customer service
-Responsible for all daily functions in unit
Job Requirements:
-A positive attitude and the ability to be coached
-100% effort everyday
-Previous job experience
-Ability to spend 8 hrs on your feet and lift 40 lbs
-Must be 18 with a clean driving record
-Reliable transportation and insurance
Compensation:
-Competitive pay and some managers are eligible for our bonus plan

Requirements:
Ability to work a 40 hour week
At least 18 years of age
Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store
Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision
Willing to offer opinions and recommendations towards the store and employees
