Operates roasting machines, grinder machines,and running packaging equipment.
follows product specifications to maintain proper color and blends of coffees proper grinder specifications and/or proper flavor percentages and recipes.
Maintain accurate records for coffee operations processes.
Maintain an accurate inventory.
Perform sample testing and quality testing to ensure coffee meets specifications.
Responsible for housekeeping and sanitation of work area.
Mechanical inclination: the ability to troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform preventative maintenance as required.
Uphold and provide safe, high-quality, consistent product, that meets or exceed customer requirements.
Perform any other duties/tasks that may be assigned.
Must have the ability to pull 75 lbs of coffee beans.
Ability to run a tow motor is a plus.
