Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and plate menu items to company standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow all company policies, health, and food safety regulations
Work efficiently during high-volume shifts
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Requirements:
Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Must be available to work nights and weekends
Strong work ethic and flexibility with scheduling
Ability to follow directions and company policies consistently
Commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail
