We are a growing small business focused on natural home, office, and yoga studio cleaning and are in search of a few reliable folks to join our team. We pay a $15/hr minimum to start and offer a peaceful, laid back work atmosphere.
Our company has been in business for 5 years, and is growing. We are in search of what we call Cleaning Practitioners, a step above just regular housekeeping. We use and make our own products, and are an eco-minded, low waste company. We are looking for someone who is willing to grow with us and help us grow our small business that likes to clean, and knows how to do a great detailed cleaning while also being efficient.
Shifts are 3-5 hours long, and generally between the hours of 10am-2pm, Monday-Friday
This is a part-time gig at the moment, but could grow into a full-time position.
This is the perfect job for single parents, caregivers, students, or ex-hospitality workers looking to get out of the restaurant scene.

Requirements:
Must be able to work 3-4 days per week minimum between the hours of 8am-5pm (although shifts are usually 4 hours long average)
Must be reliable, trustworthy, and actually like to clean. (I know you're out there)
Must be willing to travel to East and West side of Cleveland, and have reliable transportation.
Must be willing to work with little to no supervision.
Must be able to bend, lift, kneel and twist as the job requires some physical activity and flexibility.
Must be trainable, coachable, and have a positive outlook.
Must be environmentally conscious and open minded.
