Independently owned and operated, multi-concept/location restaurant group is seeking chefs for west-side locations.

We are actively looking for experienced sous chefs that have potential to be our next executive chefs. We are growing and building our team to support our existing venues and to look ahead to the next opportunities.

Qualities Required:

Cooking – seems obvious but you must be able to cook at a high level in various situations, be able to lead the line, speed up service and show excellent cooking technique

Organization – our venues have a lot of “moving parts” between restaurant business, special event catering and promotional events. You must be able to stay organized and manage time and resources to maintain service times.

Leadership – maintain a positive and respectful kitchen environment for both BOH and FOH with the company goals in mind for a successful service, day in and out.

Communication – give direction and respond to questions and concerns in a professional manner, not only verbal but through email, text and any other means by which business is related.

Reliability – commitment and respect for the operation, our team, guests and the opportunity to be successful.

Required Experience:

- Chef / Sous Chef minimum 3-5 years

- Line Cook / Related Kitchen Experience minimum 5 years

- Culinary Degree (preferred) or Equivalent Years of Experience

- Serv Safe Certified (preferred)

Compensation is based on experience
