Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. Our team is growing, and we are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Salem in Cleveland, OH for a Full-Time Dental Laboratory Technician Trainee. No experience required but candidates with experience in any facet of dental technology are encouraged to apply!
Hourly rate of pay is negotiable and will be determined by experience, skills, knowledge, and abilities.
The regular hours for this position are from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
Read prescriptions and specifications received from dentist
Place completed computer work cards on proper case pans, reviewing doctor, product and finish date information for correctness
Disinfect all case components using the appropriate disinfection procedure
Check case for correct doctor information, finish date, product, metal type, and fabrication questions that need to be called on the next day
Clean work area daily
Skills and Abilities Required:
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
Excellent eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity
Detail oriented
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a dental laboratory is preferred.
Design/Scan experience preferred

Physical Requirements:
Exhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive motions using both arms and hands grasping, gripping, pinching, lifting, pushing and carrying. Constantly lifting & carrying 0-10 lbs.
Good hand-eye coordination
Good manual dexterity
Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, knee/and/or reach
Vision capabilities: Depth perception, attention to detail and/or color
Push, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 25 pounds
