Seeking serious candidates ONLY! This position is very demanding of time and having a flexible schedule. The individual chosen must be able to work with others. The person chosen will be responsible for scheduling the STNA's & HHA to service clients as needed. You will be responsible to make sure the clients are covered at all times. If your staff is not able to go to the clients home, you are responsible to replace the Aides with another Aide that may be available to service client. You will also be responsible for administrative paper work that will be assigned as needed. The position hours Mon-Fri 9-5. However, this is not limited to those hours. Some Saturday hours may be required based on the needs of the business.
