Our company is looking for energetic individuals that like to work hard and efficient. The job scope is cleaning redeveloped apartments or general cleaning of vacant apartments which requires a lot of detailed work.
Serious inquiries only and you must have reliable transportation to and from work (no buses) and a cell phone to comunicate with owners.
Our company has been in business for over 10 plus years and we are growing very rapidly and need to hire individuals that want to grow with our business. Our company has a no tolerance policy. You must be on time and ready to work.
Position is part time (8:30 start time) and the hours will vary so the individuals applying need to be flexible. All new hires will be evaluated on performance, and individuals excelling will be granted more hours and pay accordingly (Pay for Performance).

If you are not a serious about being a hard worker please do not waste our time for we need to hire some key employees as soon as possible. This can be a very physical job that includes scrubbing, sweeping, climbing stairs, bending, etc.
