Currently seeking individuals with availability Monday through Friday from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm
Summary of Job Duties:
⢠Operate freight elevator to transport materials, equipment, and passengers between floors
⢠Operation includes movement of control levers and pushing buttons to control movement of elevator
⢠Opens and closes safety gate and door of elevator at each floor
⢠Greet passengers and provide general building information
⢠Maintain the cleanliness of the elevator: sweep, vacuum, mop, wash walls, gates, etc.
⢠Prevent unauthorized persons from using the elevator
⢠Monitor and report any repair needs and/or maintenance concerns

Required Qualifications:
⢠Must be willing to complete a short training program
⢠Prior experience (or interest in) working in a customer service oriented environment
⢠Ability to stand for short periods of time (10-15 minutes without break)
⢠Ability to physically operate the freight elevator and all components
