Ground Works Land Design is seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Member to become part of our growing company. This candidate will be a skilled laborer, who can support the Landscape Foreman with landscaping projects and maintaining client properties. Landscape Crew Member -> Landscape Technician / Apprentice -> Landscape Foreman -> Production Manager or Project Manager
Pay Ranges from $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Duties/Responsibilities:
On-Call for snow removal during winter hours
Assist in the installation and maintenance of landscape projects, including planting, mulching, lawn renovations, and fall/spring cleanup
Operate various types of equipment and tools, such as track loaders, mini track loaders, and leaf blowers etc
Load and unload materials and supplies from trucks and trailers
Communicate effectively with Landscape Foreman and further leadership, to ensure smooth project execution
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Experience:
1 or more years’ experience in Landscape industry or construction
Able to work successfully with limited supervision
Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is a plus
High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift more than 50 lbs.
Able to crouch, bend, climb stairs/ladders for periods of time
Able to stand for long periods of time
Ability to work outdoors and in noisy areas for extended periods of time
