We’re looking for a good handyman to help take care of an apartment building in Cleveland, Ohio.
Some jobs are small, like cleaning, painting, or drywall. Others may need electrical work, plumbing repairs, or bigger fix-ups.
We need someone reliable who can work with us regularly. A lot of the work will be fixing things for inspections with CMHA, plus general repairs and upkeep. There’s always something to do!
Pay depends on your skills. The more you know, the better the pay. We pay fair market rates—either by the day or by the job.
