We are a well-established property management company seeking painters and general laborers for ongoing residential and light commercial projects. This is 1099 contract work with consistent jobs available all year round.
Pay:
$30/hour – Paid as 1099 contractor
Work Includes:
Interior and exterior painting
Light carpentry and handyman work
Property clean-outs and prep
General property maintenance tasks
Requirements:
️ Must be honest, reliable, and willing to work
️ Experience preferred but not required for general labor
️ Must have reliable transportation
️ Must be able to communicate clearly and follow directions
️ Must be available for work Monday–Friday (some weekends optional)
