Installation Laborer/Assistant
We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Installation Helper to join our employee-based crews. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in doing quality work, and want to build a career in home improvement, we want to meet you!
Responsibilities:
Assist with the installation of windows, doors, siding, gutters, and bathrooms
Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
Prep job sites and assist with cleanup
Support lead installers with measurements, lifting, and tool use
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
Qualifications:
Prior construction or home improvement experience is a plus, but not required
Comfortable with physical labor, ladders, and working outdoors
Must be dependable, punctual, and eager to learn
Valid driver’s license
