Job Description: As a Handyman at Flaxilia Investments LLC, you will be responsible for performing a wide variety of repair, maintenance, and installation tasks in residential properties. Your skills will be crucial in ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general home repairs, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
Conduct exterior repairs, such as fixing siding, gutters, and roofing issues.
Assemble and install furniture, fixtures, and appliances.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to prevent issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to home systems.
Communicate clearly with tenants to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols.
Manage time effectively to complete tasks within deadlines.
Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and maintenance tasks.
Proficient in using hand and power tools.
Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry.
Experience with exterior repairs is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good physical condition and strength to perform manual tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
