We are seeking a reliable,friendly and personable individual to serve as a Property Leasing Assistant. This individual will be responsible for attending to prospective tenants and current residents at the property, facilitating lease signings, answering inquiries, collecting payments (when needed), and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all applicants and tenants. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, basic administrative knowledge, and excellent customer service ability.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and attend to prospective tenants at the property location.
Conduct scheduled appointments and walk-ins for lease signing.
Explain lease terms and answer any related questions in person.
Ensure proper verification of identity and documentation before lease execution.
