General Maintenance for common areas, to include repair, build, and install mailbox posts, painting, gutter cleaning, light bulb replacement, trash pickup, tree trimming, minor plumbing, and other duties as assigned. Most duties involve working outdoors year-round. Knowledge of woodworking is highly desirable, with the ability to lift 30 lbs.
