Yosemite Construction and Management is a growing and reputable construction firm known for quality craftsmanship and exceptional service. We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Painters to join our dynamic team for a variety of exciting residential and commercial projects.
We offer flexible employment arrangements to suit your professional goals. Join us as an Hourly Employee or operate as a 1099 Subcontractor on a project basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Expertly prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, scraping, patching holes, priming).
Mix and match paints and stains to specific colors.
Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers for a flawless finish.
Protect surrounding areas from paint splatter and damage.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite.
Perform detailed quality checks on all completed work.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience as a Painter.
Knowledge of various paint products, application techniques, and meticulous surface preparation.
Must have a reliable personal vehicle, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel to various job sites daily within the Cleveland region.
Must have your own basic set of reliable tools (brushes, rollers, sprayers, etc.). (The company will provide major equipment).
Strong attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to a quality finish.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically capable of performing labor-intensive tasks (lifting 50+ lbs, standing, bending, climbing ladders).
A strong commitment to workplace safety protocols.

Must provide a Certificate of Insurance and a completed W-9 Form.
