We have paired with a leading manufacturer of compression molded parts used in various industries, most notably aerospace. Our client is looking for candidates to join their compression and transfer molding department, which produces custom stock plates and bushings using 25-500 ton machines. We are currently looking for CNC Machinists who are seeking a long term career opportunity.
CNC Machinist Job Duties:
- Depending on your experience, you will be operating either a CNC Mill or CNC Lathe machine
- Monitoring and operating of production machinery.
- Loading of products into machine for production and unloading upon completion.
- Inspecting of finished products for defects or issues.
- Trimming of finished product using hand tools.
CNC Machinist Requirements:
- At least 1 year of CNC experience
- Must be familiar with micrometers and calipers
- Must have good attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Must own a pair of steel toed boots
CNC Machinist Hours:
- 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
- 2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
- 10:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
- Overtime may be required
CNC Machinist Pay:
- Pay will be at minimum $14.00/hr but may go $16.00+/hr for the right candidate with the right skill set
