Maintenance Position
Temp to Hire (90 days)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform maintenance, service, and repair of HVAC systems, Dock Doors, Loading Plates, and Material Handling Equipment.
Assists with general construction, plumbing, electrical, and painting projects
Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment
Must be proficient with Computers, can read blueprints, and have basic math skills.
Able to respond to off-hours emergencies when necessary
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
6-12 months maintenance experience
Mechanically inclined to fix dock plates, garage doors, pallet jacks, and operate industrial tools
Ability to do general carpentry repairs and paint walls, ceilings, flooring, etc.
Computer skills
No Felonies
Drug-free workplace
Preferred Qualifications
4 year+ maintenance experience
Electrical experience
HVAC experience
Welding experience
