DESCRIPTION
The Office Administrator will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all administrative activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Office supplies management
- Calendar and travel management
- Employee onboarding and offboarding
- Vendor and contract coordination
- Expense report management
- Event and activity coordination
- Ownership of conference rooms and shared spaces
- Onsite shipping and receiving coordination
- Human Resources logistical coordination
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel
- Familiarity with POs and inventory management
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- US Citizenship
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of office management or business administration experience
