Role Snapshot
Route & schedule trips; answer phones with excellent customer service.
Dispatch drivers and communicate changes/ETAs and safety alerts in real time.
Stage morning launch: set correct garage roll‑out order; verify keys/tablets/manifests.
Post extra/available trips on the in‑building driver board; remove filled trips.
Manage maintenance work orders; arrange shop service, swaps, and monitor progress.
Pre‑screen job applicants and coordinate interviews.
Support payroll for W‑2 employees and 1099 contractors (time logs/exports).
Maintain contact/CRM records; assist the Operations Manager and keep calendar.
Must‑Haves
1+ year in dispatch/scheduling or fast‑paced coordination role.
Calm, friendly phone skills and strong problem‑solving under time pressure.
Solid Excel/Google Sheets; quick to learn routing/dispatch and GPS apps.
Detail‑driven and reliable; able to juggle multiple priorities.
Pass BCI/FBI background check and drug screen.
Nice‑to‑Haves
Experience with ADA/senior transportation or healthcare coordination.
Familiarity with payroll basics (W‑2 vs 1099), QuickBooks/ADP/Gusto.
CRM experience (Airtable/HubSpot/spreadsheets) and calendar management.
