Company in Brunswick, Ohio looking for an individual for the entry level position of Receptionist / Office Clerk
The position is multi-faceted to perform Office and data entry tasks and reports directly to the General Manager.
Position will be responsible for but not limited to:
Accounts Payable
o Generating Purchase Orders
o Entering Invoices
Accounts Receivable
o Generating Invoices
o Posting Payments
Answering the Phone / Taking Small Orders / Writing Up Orders
Other duties as General Manager deems as necessary
Position Requirements:
Detail Oriented, Hardworking, Positive Attitude
Able to work in a fast paced environment / Multitask
Ability to work and complete tasks independently
Experience in Microsoft Office a plus
Strong Customer Service Skills
High School Diploma or GED required.
Position starts IMMEDIATELY and is a Full-Time Monday - Friday 9-5
