Responsibilities:
Conduct in-person interviews with candidates to review their background, experience, skills and qualifications
Utilize proprietary database to enter, maintain and update candidate information
Prepare candidates for interviews providing general interview tips and detailed client information
Facilitate interview processes with clients and candidates
Establish strong relationships with clients through consistent communication, including outbound phone calls and face-to-face meetings
Requirements:
Effective time management skills, ability to multi task, be well organized and able to prioritize
Ability to work equally well independently and as part of team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Interest in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
Strong problem solving skills with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively
Ability to handle constructive criticism and coaching resulting in immediate improvements
A strong desire to build the business, accept challenges with open arms, and be successful
