Onsite Apartment Maintenance – Lakewood & West Park
Seeking an experienced onsite maintenance tech for properties located in Lakewood and West Park. Candidates should possess a minimum of two years’ experience in residential building maintenance, including skills in carpentry, drywall and plaster, basic plumbing and electrical, boilers and radiators, flooring, and painting.
Responsibilities
Address maintenance requests and perform repairs across multiple buildings
Supervise contractors for major projects
Prepare vacant units for new tenants
Clean common areas
Perform light landscaping and snow removal
Some tools will be provided, but personal tools are required. Applicants must have reliable transportation. Compensation includes an apartment, utilities, and hourly wage. Good references and a clean background are necessary. Interested candidates should submit their resume and work history.
