Formerly known as Northern Ohio Concrete but under the same Oberg Family leadership, Paraprin Concrete Solutions has over 30 years of experience serving the people of Lorain County, Cuyahoga County and northern Ohio with driveways, stamped patios, basement & garage floors, new home construction, and then some. As a division of Paraprin Construction, you’ll have the opportunity to work most if not all year as our business includes new home construction, renovations, rentals, flips, and Air BNBs. Under contract with local building companies for nearly 1,000 new homes, Paraprin Concrete Solutions will keep you busy & paid. Concrete Laborer Job Description
-Responsibilities include preparing, placing, finishing, and sealing concrete driveways, patios and walkways for residential and commercial properties. Additional manual laborer duties required to do the job such as digging, busting up concrete, wheelbarrowing concrete, and other task as assigned by the crew leader.
-Pay goes up with experience.
-You’ll be eligible for pay raise after 60-day review.
-Must be reliable and show up every day.
-Preparing, placing, finishing, and curing concrete pours.
-Grading subbase and setting up forms.
-Striping forms, saw cutting, and curing new pours.
-Ad hoch projects that may arise.
Required/Desired Qualifications
-Multiple years of experience in the concrete industry including at least 2 years as a Laborer.
Detailed knowledge of concrete construction processes.
-Must have a valid Driver’s License.
-Must have weekend availability.
-Hard worker & Team player.
