Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Field Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring that all maintenance tasks are executed efficiently and effectively, maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
● Perform electrical repairs and installations in various settings.
● Strong knowledge of exterior and interior repairs
● Conduct drywall installation, repair, and finishing.
● Handle basic plumbing tasks, including repairs and installations.
● Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues promptly.
● Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
● Coordinate with the management team to complete projects on schedule.
● Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional conduct.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a Field Maintenance Technician or similar role.
● Strong electrical skills, including experience with wiring, fixtures, and controls.
● Experience in drywall installation, finishing, and repair.
● Basic plumbing skills, including the ability to troubleshoot and fix common issues.
● Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
● Excellent problem-solving abilities.
● Good physical condition and strength.
● High school diploma or equivalent; further technical training is a plus.
● Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
