We are actively seeking a hard-working, go-getter who is extremely motivated by surpassing goals to lease our rental properties in the East Side of Cleveland. This role will be a part-time, commission only role with no set hours.
To be successful in this position, the Leasing Professional will possess a dynamic personality and amazing customer service skills, as well as have the ability to effectively and professionally communicate with future renters. The Leasing Professional will need to be proficient on the computer and be skilled with social media platforms and have a basic understanding of marketing on the internet for the homes.
As a Leasing Professional, your role will be to complete all activities necessary to lease our homes, included but not limited to:
Market the property through outreach, social media and advertising independently
Meet with potential tenants at the homes to identify their housing needs, provide property showings and close the sale
Prepare all paperwork necessary for leasing the home
Facilitate move-ins
Accurately collect the first rent from tenants
Efficient and timely processing of all required administrative forms, reports and related information and have them given to company manager

Required Qualifications, Education & Certifications
High school diploma or GED required
General computer proficiency
Social media understanding a must
Pay Structure:
This is a 1099 commission-based position.
