Maintenance Tech needed immediately who has the ability to do standard repairs for an apartment such as: repair & hang drywall, fix screens, Replace; faucets, stems, diverters, electric switches, plugs (some minor electric), sinks, cabinets, tile and LV flooring. Minor HVAC, snake drains, replace some plumbing. Demolition and some finished work.
Must be friendly without criminal background and a current drivers license. You should present yourself professionally -
