Property Maintenance Specialist
Join our dynamic real estate investing company as a full-time Property Maintenance Specialist! We're looking for someone hands-on to manage rental homes and assist with property acquisitions.
Responsibilities:
Prep houses for rent (painting, fixing bathrooms, replacing windows)
Perform a lot of the maintenance work yourself
Coordinate with contractors for larger repairs
Meet with tenants and inspectors for repairs
Oversee day-to-day property operations
Qualifications:
Basic real estate knowledge
Handyman skills are essential
Strong organizational and communication skills
No prior property management experience required; training provided
Willingness to work hands-on with property maintenance and tenant interactions
