Dean Supply Co is hiring 1-2 EXPERIENCED shipping and receiving team members for our warehouse. Full time weekdays Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. We are a retail/wholesale restaurant supply company located in midtown Cleveland.

Shipping/Receiving is a Union job starting at $13/hour, with a $1/hour raise in 90 days, another $1/hour raise in 180 days, and $16.93/hour at 12-months. Forklift Tow Motor drivers earn $1.40/hour above the regular wage. You may be order picking, loading and unloading freight, staging or packing orders for Fedex and truck delivery, and stocking warehouse shelves. Must have full use of hands, arms, legs, and be able to lift 50 pounds. Opportunity to transfer to a non-union position in ecommerce shipping for one candidate with experience in pack-to-ship, Fedex shipping manager, and good computer skills.

If you have held a Union job in the past, you may already be a member of the Teamsters. If not, the Teamsters Union requires a $300 application fee to join. Dean Supply does not keep any of this fee. We have arranged to make their membership fee easier by deducting $75/week from the new Union employee's first 4 paychecks, refundable if employment ends before the end of the 4th pay week.
