Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Car Salesperson to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
Greet and qualify potential customers
Build rapport and understand customer needs
Present vehicle options and financing solutions
Negotiate and close deals effectively
Maintain accurate customer records
Follow up with leads and cultivate long-term relationships
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire car-buying process
Qualifications:
Experience in car sales (preferred, but not required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Experience with subprime financing (preferred)
Positive and enthusiastic attitude
