You will be reaching out to property owners in multiple cities (FSBO-for sale by owner listings, Expired MLS listings, Vacant property owners, etc.) to inquire regarding property condition, asking price, timeline to sell, etc.
Previous customer service, sales or real estate experience is an asset. Real Estate is commissions based, our Jr Acquisitions Agents start at 8% paid at closing. Commission increases to 10% after 5 deals closed.
After gaining some time and experience with us, our top Jr. Acquisitions Agents can be promoted to become Sr. Acquisitions Managers (15% starting) or Leads Managers.
Real estate experience is NOT a requirement. The most important skill is being able to effectively communicate and connect with home owners, be able to build rapport with them and type accurate notes for each lead into our leads system.
