Network Mobile is seeking experienced self driven representatives in the residential and B2B field.

Part Time

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Responsibilities For Independent Representatives:

- Door to door canvassing & Referrals.

- Driving new business growth.

- Work Assigned Locations & Maintain good Client Relationships.

​​- Transportation to and from work.

- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to develop effective sales strategies.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities For Managers:

- Driving new business growth and managing good client relationships.

- Oversee and mentor a sales team by providing direction, training, and performance coaching to ensure maximum productivity and revenue generation.

- Manage Team Members Assigned Locations.

- Transportation to and from work.

- Actively prospect for new clients, creating a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and leveraging industry contacts.

- Reporting: Track sales performance and report on KPIs, ensuring goals are met consistently.

Qualifications:

- 1+ Sales Experience ( Telecommunications, Cold Call Sales, Door to Door Sales, In Store Sales Agent. )

- Management Experience: Proven track record of successfully leading and managing sales teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the ability to interact with decision-makers.

- Technical Acumen: Comfort with technical aspects of the products and services, with the ability to explain complex solutions in an understandable way.

- Self-Motivated & Results-Oriented: Self driven with a high level of motivation and an unwavering commitment to achieving sales goals.

- Flexibility: Flexible work schedule and location.

- Professional Development: Ongoing training and career growth opportunities with a supportive team environment.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated sales territory.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Compensation Package:

1099 contract

Bonus opportunities

Commission only

Performance bonus

Covered Travel Opportunity (Performance Based)

Uncapped commission
