The Position: Outbound Sales Manager (Virtual)

About Us:

Sun Coast Sciences is growing rapidly division of The Hero Co, and we’re building a team of high-energy, motivated sales professionals. If you’re a great fit for us, this could be the best job you’ve ever had.

We sell skincare formulas, and health supplements, direct to consumers on the Internet. Our products are designed by one of America’s top anti-aging doctors, and our business is growing like a rocket ship - nearly 100% YoY.

We acquire customers through 20-40 minute “infomercials” on platforms like Facebook and YouTube. We continue to serve and sell to those customers via email, SMS, and now, we’re expanding into phone sales. That’s where you come in.

If you join our team, you’ll oversee our outbound agents, coaching them to turn leads into great sales with the intent to serve them better, and sell them more of our products.

And you’ll be working under the leadership of a 20+ year sales veteran, growing your skills and leadership.

Sun Coast Sciences Role & Requirements

If hired, you’ll be in charge of activities such as…

Leading and developing a sales team through hands-on coaching

Ensuring all sales activities meet our high ethical standards, focusing on building long-term customer relationships

Developing strategies to convert leads into loyal customers, using data-driven techniques

Owning and analyzing team performance while providing ongoing coaching to improve sales results

Manage virtual team operations, including performance reviews and daily check-ins

Skills & Requirements…

You’re a great coach: 5+ years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of turning leads into great sales through effective coaching.

Integrity matters: you are committed to ethical sales practices so your team and customers can trust us.

You take ownership: you are the first to spot trends, interpret data, and make informed decisions that drive growth.

Remote savvy: you have experience leading virtual teams and thrive in remote environments.

Tech-smart: you are the go-to when using CRM systems, sales tracking, and virtual management tools.

Awesome communicator: you’ve mastered the art of written and verbal communication.
