Seeking an “experienced” and “results-driven” salesperson for a commercial cleaning company in the Akron, Canton, and Cleveland areas to generate and qualify leads via phone, email and in person.
Must have a well-developed, professional phone presence and high comfort level in initiating conversations is essential to fulfilling the job duties. Aside from a social and positive personality, you must be highly motivated, determined, and target driven.
Must have proven track record in the sales environment.
Must meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales goals.
Maintain records of all sales leads via phone, e-mail and face to face.
Travel within the Akron-Cleveland area to meet prospects.
Professional dress required when meeting with prospective clients.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to create and deliver client presentations.
Willing and able to work independently.
Must have excellent computer and research skills.
Knowledge of creating job bids helpful.
Must have at least 2 – 3 years experience in sales preferably in the commercial cleaning business.
References and valid drivers license required.
Part-time/Full-Time Negotiable
$15 - $20/hr. to start + Commission
