Job Description
A and C Auto Parts, located in Cleveland, OH, is a family owned and operated auto parts recycler providing quality used auto parts throughout the Cleveland and Northeast Ohio area for 80 years.
We are growing and are looking for people to join our sales team. We are seeking a retail counter sales person in the auto parts recycling industry. A motivated person that we can introduce to the auto parts business and the sales process.
The right person for the A and C Sales Team has a great work ethic and will provide outstanding
service to our valued customers.
This is a perfect opportunity if you:
● If you have proven sales experience in the auto parts recycling industry we will pay a
premium.
● Proven sales experience outside the industry is a bonus.
● Any type of additional sales training a plus.
● Have ability and willingness to learn.
● Get satisfaction in helping both retail and wholesale customers with their questions and
needs.
● Don’t want to work weekends; regular hours Monday through Friday.
● Want an opportunity to be in an industry and company where you can have a career with
many opportunities for growth and significant income.
● We are designated as an essential business that was extremely stable through the entire
pandemic.
To be successful you must:
● Have a High School Diploma or GED. Technical, Trade school or college experience desired
but not required.
● Have good communication skills. Second language fluency is a plus.
● Be comfortable with computers and basic software and have demonstrated the ability to
learn computer software in past positions. Industry software knowledge, specifically Pinnacle, is a plus.
● Enjoy a fast paced, multi-tasked day in a Team environment.
